Bespoke subwoofer enclosures, modeled to your driver's Thiele-Small parameters and your vehicle's available volume. Designed in SketchUp, built from premium MDF and Baltic birch — no off-the-shelf compromises.
Every enclosure starts with your subwoofer's Thiele-Small parameters — Vas, Fs, Qts — paired with the actual cubic inches your vehicle can spare. From there, the cabinet is modeled in SketchUp: internal volume, port geometry, bracing layout, and baffle thickness all dialed in before the saw fires.
Pick the level of involvement that fits — get the drawings and DIY, or hand it off entirely.

Fully fabricated, finished, ready to drop in.
Vehicle-specific, integrated, painted or upholstered.
Nothing gets cut until the model checks out and you've signed off on the geometry. No surprises, no “close enough.”
Driver T/S parameters, vehicle measurements, sound goal. We draft a brief and lock the scope.
SketchUp model, port tuning, bracing layout. You see the box before a single piece is cut.
CNC-precise cuts, glued and screwed joinery, sealed seams, lined for resonance, and finished.
Crated and shipped — or local pickup with a fitment check at the shop. Drop-in ready.
The box hit exactly like the SketchUp model showed — wall-to-wall bass without the port noise I had from my off-the-shelf enclosure. Curtis knew exactly what my setup needed.
The faster you can give us your driver, vehicle, and the cubic inches you've got to work with, the faster we can come back with a model and a quote.
